The user is also obliged to comply with the rules related to the user. If there are any changes in the rules, procedures and services of Calin in the future, they will be published and updated on this page and you agree that your continued use of the Calin website means acceptance of any changes.
Definition of customer or user
A customer or a user is a person who registers an order or uses any kind of Calin Company services with his/her information entered in the registration form.
Electronic communications
When you use the services of Calin Company and you order the products you need through the website or send an email to Calin Company, these communications are done online and electronically. If you follow all the procedures, you agree that Calin will respond to your request electronically.
All addresses and contact ways that the user registers in his/her profile are the official and approved addresses, and all correspondence and products deliveries are done according to this information.
Rules for registering, processing and delivering orders

Working day means Saturday to Thursday of week, excluding public holidays in Iran; all orders registered during working days would be processed the first working day. You can place an order 24/7.

All orders registered on Calin website are placed in the processing queue by sending the order code via SMS. Calin company always takes utmost care and effort in sending and delivering all the registered orders so that the orders reach the customers in a certain time.

In case of any problem in the final processing of the shopping, such as the end of the product inventory or the customer’s cancellation, the amount paid will be credited to the customer’s account within 24 to 48 working hours.

Calin is authorized to stop taking re-orders and stop selling its product without prior notice. It should be noted that all registered orders are processed and sent before the order taking is stopped. Calin reserves the right to stop selling all or a part of its products for any reason, such as running out of stock, without prior notice.

In case of any error regarding the price of the goods available on Calin website, Calin Company reserves the right to cancel the order and purchase made by the customer. In case of such errors, Calin will deposit the received funds as soon as possible within 24 to 48 working hours to the account declared by the customer and return the money.

Customers should fulfil the shopping form accurately and with correct information when they are placing their order. Obviously, if incomplete or incorrect information is entered, the user’s order cannot be tracked and delivered by Calin. Therefore, the customer’s address, email, mobile and phone should be entered correctly, and the information entered means that their accuracy has been confirmed by the customer. If the information is not entered correctly or completely, Calin can request additional and more information from the customer to ensure the correctness and certainty of the order registration. In addition, customers can enter the name, address and phone number of another person to receive their order, and the recipient of the order must have an identification card with them when receiving the goods.

The first and last name of the customer’s user account must match the information of the identification documents, and if they do not match, the online stores will not be allowed to provide services to this group of customers.
